PT. Global Pendidikan Bangsa [ST. Joseph International School] is set up to provide an internationally recognized education in Jakarta Indonesia so that children can be benefit from a good education and a loving family environment.

  • Assist the development of the educational program, including both curricular and co-curricular activities to maximize educational outcomes
  • Assist the development of annual operational plans for the School
  • Assist the Principal in designing and implementing all School’s programs
  • On limited occasion, become the marketing and representation of the School to the community, including the establishment and fostering of relationships with relevant government agencies and the media
  • On limited occasion, support the work of all group associated with the School and actively participate in appropriate School’s activities
  • Participate actively in relevant professional development activities


  • Female 23 – 35 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Chinese literature or have been studying Chinese Language in China for minimum 2 years
  • Able To Teach Mandarin Language (Written & Spoken)
  • Achievement as a successful teacher is essential, preferably with at least 2 years experience as a teacher at National Plus / International School (preferably School using Singapore syllabus)
  • Experience in School administration and development as well as implementation of operational plans
  • Experience in curriculum planning and development
  • Familiar with Singapore syllabus or using Singapore books (ex: My Pals Are Here)
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and people skills
  • Speak English and Mandarin fluently is a must
  • Must love children
  • Intellectual strength, professional integrity, strong values, and good personality
  • A dynamic educator, a strong people person, energetic and self motivated
  • Creative and innovative in developing new learning methods for children
